Envoy created a traveling display and “Digital Art Exhibit” for Code/Art, a nonprofit working to increase the number of girls in computer science by inspiring them with the creative possibilities of computer programming. This display features student art work from past #CodeYourSelf competition winners, where each student created a self portrait using p5.js and wrote an artist’s statement explaining the inspiration behind their work.

I wrote the software for this project and worked closely with the creative lead to design and fine-tune the experience. I worked with our fabrication partner Laura Miracle from Miracle Works to spec and source the hardware equipment and design a robust traveling touchscreen display. I made several visits to the fabrication studio to conduct QA and testing.
