Envoy worked with HOK to create Norfolk Southern’s NOC Data Wall located in their newly developed headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The experience provides a curated dive into data and messaging surrounding the Norfolk Southern railroad operations. The LED wall is located in the lobby of the headquarters and provides employees and customers data-driven insights from the dispatching center. The project is a real-time data visualization depicting the pulse of operations over the day as an artistic expression of an industry in motion. See the full case study HERE.

For this project I managed an external contractor who built the data visualizations and overall software architecture. I worked with the Norfolk Southern team to build and manage a custom API of their network data and managed the API integration within the software. I served as the go-between between the end client and our external vendor.
